Trivia

    Album

  • This was an anthology of four films titled "I Am Afia", "I Am Megha", "I Am Abhimanyu" and "I Am Omar".
  • The "I Am Abhimanyu" section of this film was inspired by the true stories of activist Harish Iyer and designer Ganesh Nallari, who were sexually abused as children.
  • This was perhaps India's first crowd-funded film. Around fifty percent of the film's Rs. 3 crore budget was funded by about 400 online contributors. Those who contributed Rs. 1 lakh or more were listed in the film's opening credits as Co-Producer and were given a share of the film's profits. People who contributed less than Rs. 1 lakh were listed in the film's end credits as Co-Owner and were entitled to a return on investment.[1][2]

    Song

  • Isi Baat Pe (Agar Zindagi) - Amitabh Bhattacharya won his first National Film Award for Best Lyricist for this song.
