- The film had a big star, Dev Anand, playing the lead role and a popular soundtrack, but it did not have any songs filmed on him. Its three male solos were filmed on its supporting actors, Prem Nath, Manmohan Krishna and Talat Mahmood. While Mukesh sang for Prem Nath, Manmohan Krishna and Talat Mahmood sang for themselves.
