  • This film was simultaneously made and released in Marathi and Hindi. It was originally envisaged as a Marathi film. It was only later that it was decided to make it a bilingual film.[1]
  • Tabu was offered the leading role in this film only after Madhuri Dixit and a few other Marathi actresses had rejected it.
