Trivia

    Album

  • The success of this film and the popularity of the demonic character of Saamri in it resulted in the Ramsay brothers reprising the character in the eponymously titled film "Saamri" (1985). Actor Ajay Agarwal, who played this character in both the films, was not credited in this film but was credited in "Saamri" (1985).[1]
  • This was the debut Hindi film of actor Anirudh Agarwal. However, he wasn't credited in it. He was credited as Ajay Agarwal in his earlier movies and reverted to his birth name Anirudh later in his career.
  • The Ramsay brothers, Tulsi and Shyam Ramsay, had debuted more than a decade ago with the film "Do Gaz Zameen Ke Neeche" (1972) but had remained in the fringes of the film industry. The success of this film finally brought them to mainstream Bollywood. [2]

    Song

  • Woh Beete Din Yaad Hain (Female) - The tune of this song was adapted from the song "Memories" (1971) by the Australian artist Ted Mulry.
