- The tune of the mukhda of this song was plagiarised from the Pakistani film song "Bas Ek Tere Siva" ("Doorian", 1984) composed by Robin Ghosh. The Hindi film song "Duniya Mein Tere Siva" ("Aandhiyan", 1990) also plagiarised the same song. "Bas Ek Tere Siva" itself may have been inspired by the Hindi film song "Main Chali Main Chali" ("Professor", 1962).[1][2][3]
