- This song was originally sung by Arijit Singh but Salman Khan had his version removed and Mohammed Irfan was brought in to record a new version. The film's end credits, however, continued to wrongly credit Arijit for the song. The removal of Arijit's version was the result of a fallout between him and Salman that originated at the 2014 Star Guilds Award function. Salman was a host at the function and Arijit the recipient of an award for "Tum Hi Ho" ("Aashiqui 2", 2013). Despite apologising to Salman repeatedly, Arijit continued to be a pariah in the star's films.[1][2]
