Trivia

    Album

  • This was the second film of Dharma Productions' "Dulhania" romantic comedy franchise. It followed the film "Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania" (2014). Both films were written and directed by Shashank Khaitan and featured Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt in lead roles.[1]

    Song

  • Sun Mere Humsafar - This was singer-songwriter Akhil Sachdeva's debut Hindi film song.
  • Badri Ki Dulhaniya - Portions of this song used the tune of the song "Chalat Musafir Moh Liya Re" ("Teesri Kasam", 1966) composed by Shankar - Jaikishan.[2]
  • Tamma Tamma Again - This song was a remix of a hit song composed by Bappi Lahiri for the film "Thanedaar" (1990). The 1990 song itself was an adaptation of Mory Kante's songs "Tama Tama" and "Yeke Yeke". "Tama Tama" was also the basis of another Hindi film song - "Jumma Chumma De De" ("Hum", 1991).[3][4]
