    Album

  • Rajeev Kapoor and Divya Rana worked together in three films in the first three years of their career - their debut film "Ek Jaan Hain Hum" (1983), this film and "Ram Teri Ganga Maili" (1985).[1][2]
  • This was the directorial debut of Ramanjit Singh Juneja, who was commonly known was Tony Juneja or just Tony. The film was produced under the banner of Navjeevan Productions which was run by Tony and his brother Kushaljeet Juneja, commonly known as Tito.
  • The plot of this film was inspired by the Prakash Mehra film "Hasina Maan Jaayegi" (1968). The role played by Rajeev Kapoor in this film was played by his uncle Shashi Kapoor in the original.[3]
