• The film was a long time in the making. It was filmed in 2018 and released directly on the Zee5 streaming platform in April 2020.[1]
• This was the directorial debut of Ranjan Chandel. Chandel had previously assisted various directors including Anurag Kashyap, who presented this film. He also co-wrote Kashyap's "Mukkabaaz" (2017).[2][3]
• This was the acting debut of Paresh Rawal's son Aditya. He had worked as an assistant director in a few films prior to this and co-wrote the screenplay of "Panipat" (2019). This was also the first Hindi film of Shalini Pandey who had debuted earlier in the superhit Telugu film "Arjun Reddy" (2017).[4]
