Trivia

    Album

  • This was the second of the two films produced by actress Kamini Kaushal's Kay Arts banner. While P.N. Arora was credited as the producer of the banner's previous film, "Poonam" (1952), Kaushal was credited as the producer of this film.[1]

    Song

  • Teriya Teriya Teriya Totari Teriya Do Jaan Ausne Jo - The film's records did not credit the male vocalist in this song. Decades later, the December 2022 edition of the Listeners' Bulletin, published by Har Mandir Singh 'Hamraaz', identified the singer as Thakur Desai. Desai sang a few other Hindi film songs but hid his identity since he was employed with the police at the time. He was credited as Thakur in "Dil Ki Umangen Hain Jawan" ("Munimji", 1955). He used the name of his son, Vinod Desai, in "Beta Jag Janwaron Ka Mela" ("Anjali", 1957) and "O Mast Nazar Tu Chahe Agar" ("Kinare Kinare", 1963).[2][3][4]
