This film was an adaptation of the Iranian film "Children Of Heaven" (1997).
Although it had no connection with the hit film "Taare Zameen Par" (2007), this film evoked its memories - Darsheel Safary, the child actor in "Taare Zameen Par" played the lead role in the film and this film shared its title with the most popular song from "Taare Zameen Par". This popular song from "Taare Zameen Par" and this film's title song were both sung by Shaan.[1]
