The film was launched in 2018 with the title "Turram Khan". It was announced in 2019 that it would be released with a different title. It was initially scheduled to be released in January 2020 but was postponed. It was eventually released directly on Amazon Prime Video in November 2020.[1][2][3]

Deedar De - This was a recreated version of a song composed by Vishal - Shekhar for the film "Dus" (2005). The original version was sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and Krishna Beura. Since Vishal - Shekhar were credited prominently for the remixed version, Vishal Dadlani took to social media to clarify that the composer duo had not recorded it.[4][5]
