  • Director Kundan Shah and actress Preity Zinta got together again in this film after "Kya Kehna" (2000).[1]
  • Jimmy Shergill played a ventriloquist in this film. The puppet his character used in the film was designed and operated by the famous ventriloquist Ramdas Padhye. Padhye has helped incorporate ventriloquism in many films including Amitabh Bachchan's "Mahaan" (1983).[2][3]

  • Dil Laga Liya Maine Tumse Pyar Karke - This song was an adaptation of Pakistani artist Hadiqa Kiani's "Boohey Barian" from her platinum hit album "Roshni" (1998). This tune was also used by Nikhil - Vinay the same year for the title song of "Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam" (2002).[4][5]
