Trivia

    Album

  • This was the debut film of actress Kajal Agarwal. She would go on to become a leading actress in Tamil and Telugu films. She returned to Hindi films seven years later with a lead role in "Singham" (2011).[1]
  • This was the only film in which Vivek Oberoi was paired with Aishwarya Rai. It is said that they were dating at the time. A big controversy arose when Vivek called a press conference and said that he had received drunken calls and threats from Salman Khan over his relationship with Aishwarya Rai. Aishwarya had broken up with Salman earlier. In the coming years, Vivek Oberoi's career stagnated and he alleged that this was due to his altercation with Salman Khan.[2]
  • This was director Samir Karnik's debut film.
