Trivia

    Album

  • This film was launched in 2009 with the title "Raftaar 24/7". Debutant director Shamin Desai died in January 2011 after almost completing the film. His wife Priyanka Desai re-launched the project in October 2011 and brought it to closure. The film was initially re-titled "Play" which was later changed to the title the film was released with in October 2012.[1][2]
  • Aditya Pancholi's character in the film was modelled on the media baron Nari Hira. Pancholi had worked on a few made-for-TV films produced by Nari Hira in 1986-1987.[3]
