- This was the only film for which brothers Neeraj and Uttank Vora teamed up to compose music. Neeraj Vora went to to build a career as an actor, writer and director, while Uttank composed music independently.
- This film was adapted from Brian De Palma's thriller "Body Double" (1984).
- This was the only film in which Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan shared a scene. Both made cameo appearances in the film.
