Trivia

    Album

  • Akshay Kumar developed a crush on Twinkle Khanna when he met her for the first time at a Filmfare photo shoot. They featured together in two films while they were dating - "International Khiladi" (1999) and "Zulmi" (1999). When Akshay Kumar proposed to Twinkle, she said that she would marry him only if this film failed at the box-office. As it turned out, it did flop and the couple got married in 2001.[1][2][3]
  • Actor Aditya Pancholi had started work on this film but had walked out because he was not comfortable with the level of nudity required of his character. He was replaced by Tinu Verma.[4]
  • This was the only film that featured brothers Aamir Khan and Faisal Khan in lead roles.
  • Director Dharmesh Darshan was so busy with this film that he considered dropping out of "Dhadkan" (2000) but was convinced by the producers to stay on and complete it.[5][6]

    Song

  • Dekho 2000 Zamana Aa Gaya - This was the first Hindi film song composed and sung by the pop artist Leslie Lewis.
